if you forget your device password. i will tell you how to reset your device password. At First backup your all data after hard reset all data will be lost. you should use online backup it's safe your all data and use data easily.

- Turn Off Your Device
- Remove memory card and sim card
- Now Press and hold volume + Power Key To turn on your device until Show logo on screen.
- After few second show android recover menu.
- than use volume down key to select "wipe data/factory reset" than press power key to confirm.
- than select "yes -- delete all user data again press power key
- wait few second after finish this process select "reboot system now" device will be auto restart.
