Don't Forget Backup your all personal data like photos, videos, contact number or other personal impotent data after hard reset all data will be wipe. so you should backup first. you can use online backup service it's better for you. any time you use this data. if you lost your device but online backup is safe you can find your data on your online backup.

- At First press power key to turn off your device
- Now Press And Hold Volume Up + Home+ Power key To Turn On your Device until show samsung logo on screen release only power key.
- after few second show android recovery menu than release all keys.
- At this time use volume down key to scroll and select Wipe Data/ factory Reset press power key to confirm.
