hard reset/ factory reset all data will be lost at first backup your all impotent data than reset your phone. online backup is better for you. after hard reset all data will be wipe but online backup is not wipe so you should use online backup.

At First Remove your sim card and memory card.

• Turn Off Your Device
• Connect with charger or usb cable.
• Now press and hold volume down + Power key 
• when show first boot on screen release all keys
• download android driver and multi tool on your pc
• install android driver 
• after install driver open android multi tool
• press 8 to select wipe data/ factory reset hit enter 
• after finish that select reboot.
